Specifically, we aim to understand employer workforce needs and to identify barriers to entry into high demand fields that prevent individuals from receiving the necessary education and training in these fields. Once identified, we can actively work to eliminate these barriers and fund organizations that work collaboratively to equip individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills necessary to fill high demand positions in communities across the commonwealth.
