This Human Services workforce report was prepared by the Claude Moore Charitable Foundation and Deloitte Consulting with input from local and state Human Services leaders and other stakeholders across the Commonwealth of Virginia. This report seeks to define the common and pervasive workforce challenges in the Commonwealth and identify the strategies needed to strengthen the workforce recruitment, retention, and experience of Human Services professionals.
